1.Scope of Application

The Dr. Morgan wholesale program is exclusively available to businesses or retailers that sell directly to customers. It is not intended for personal use. Any individual or entity wishing to become an authorized distributor of the Dr. Morgan brand within Canada must strictly comply with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Food and Drugs Act, the Natural Health Products Regulations, and related quality and advertising standards. Dr. Morgan reserves the right to evaluate and determine the compliance of any application account at its discretion.

2. Basic Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following conditions to join the Dr. Morgan wholesale program:

Physical Retail Location

Applicants must operate a legally registered physical retail store specializing in health products (such as health food stores, nutritional supplement shops, or pharmacies) and provide in-person consultation and product sales services.

Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be qualified health professionals with recognized professional certifications, including but not limited to registered dietitians, naturopathic doctors, pharmacists, medical doctors, or other certified health practitioners.

A valid professional license number or equivalent documentation must be provided to verify qualifications.
